Steps to Mention a User in Vtiger CRM Comments
Log into Vtiger CRM Using your CredentialsÂ
From the Main menu, navigate to the Desired ModuleÂ
Here, we choose the Contact ModuleÂ
Select the Specific Record from the moduleÂ
Scroll down to the Comment SectionÂ
Type your MessageÂ
To mention a person, use the @ Symbol followed by their UsernameÂ
Click post to save your Comment.Â
