The List View Total in Vtiger CRM offers benefits that can provide real-time insights by quickly calculating totals for numerical data in list views without the need of manual effort, saving time and reducing errors.
Step 1 : Accessing Vtiger CRM sum of list view
- Login to Vtiger CRM.
- Go to Settings, then click on CRM Settings
- Navigate to other settings and select JB List View Total.
Step 2 : Configuring List View Total :
- Click on Add New to start setting up the vtiger List View Total configuration
Set up the following:
- Select the module which you want to setup the list view total and select the fields.
- Here, we selected ”opportunities”as the module
- Labeled the list view total as ”Total amount”, so the list view total is displayed at the top with this label
- chose “Amount” as the field to calculate the total list view of opportunities.
- Finally click save to complete the configuration setting of Vtiger CRM sum of list view.
Step 3 : Viewing the Vtiger CRM sum of list view in Action
- Navigate back to the Opportunities module
- At the top of the list view, you will now see the Total amount displayed, This provides real – time insights of numerical data for selected module.
Step 4 : Using Filtering options
Example : Filtering by time period, Status and User.
- Open the Opportunities list view
- Example 1 :
- Apply filters using the options available and search :
- Time period : select a specific time period
- Status : ”Closed Won” (chose the status stage based on need)
- User : ”Demo User” (Selected a specific user to view data assigned to them)
- Example 2:
- Apply filters using the options available and search :
- Time period : select a specific time period
- Status : ”Closed Lost” (chose the status stage based on need)
- User : ”Demo User” (Selected a specific user to view data assigned to them)
