Steps to Integrate Twilio SMS with Vtiger CRM

Step 1: Install SMS notifier

  1. Login to vtiger CRM 
  2. Select the main menu 
  3. Click on add-ons 
  4. Select SMS messages 
  5. Click install 

Step 2: Configuring Twilio gateway

  1. Select the Main menu from the CRM
  2. Select essentials
  3. Select conversation 
  4. Click SMS Message
  1. Click the settings icon 
  2. Click server configuration 
  3. Select a new configuration.

Step 3: New configuration

Fill out the following   

  1. Provider: Select Twilio from the drop-down 
  2. Active: click Yes 
  3. Account SID: copy from Twilio and paste 
  4. Auth Token: copy from Twilio and paste 
  5. From: copy Twilio phone number and paste 
  6. Click save 

Step 4: Verifying

  1. Log into CRM 
  2. Select Contact module 
  3. Hoover a contact’s record 
  4. Select message icon 
  1. Compose message 
  2. Click send 

Now you have successfully Twilio gateway to send SMS
